Does my child need glasses?

In children, it is extremely important to detect vision problems early and treat them correctly. The brain learns to see in the first years of life. Problems that are not treated by the time the child starts school can lead to significant visual impairments.

If you notice anything, you should immediately present your child to an ophthalmologist. One-sided visual impairments are particularly treacherous because the child sees well in one eye and therefore behaves normally. Therefore, do not skip any of the recommended check-ups with the pediatrician or, if necessary, the ophthalmologist.
