Miss Dr. Mustur operated on my cataract very competently and with great success. The world has become brighter again, the visual acuity is astonishing and has never been without glasses in the last 30 years. The comfort lens absolutely proves itself.The operation with the femtolaser has also proven itself. I really recommend this place, I have had reviews here for two years and each time they have been extremely friendly, especially Mr. Gabriel, Mr. Dylan and Ms. Rachel.As for the doctors, the three who have treated me, Dr. Dominique, the Polish Dr., are very good, but MOST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND DR. ANDREA STOCKER, she reviewed me very kindly, listened to me patiently and resolved all the doubts I had. He speaks SPANISH, German and probably other languages.in general, the entire medical group speaks at least German and English.they have space for children with some games, books and stuffed animals. They also offer their customers a complete service with water and coffee.place 10/10.

I booked an eye test for my driving license via the website. Firstly, it was my turn only 1 hour after the booked appointment. And then two different ophthalmologists examined me with several different devices, I was given 2 different eye drops during the appointment and the whole thing took 1 hour, even though it says online that it would take about 20 minutes.I booked a short eye check for my driving license, no detailed analysis of my eyes! And then a 300 CHF bill arrived. I'm sure half of what they did wouldn't have been necessary for the driver's license!

Miss Dr. Mustur operated on my cataracts and I am very happy with the result: I don't need glasses in everyday life, everything went very smoothly. She took time for me and gave me humorous and professional advice at the same time. I would recommend her and the entire practice to everyone.

I was once again in the practice of Dr. Mustur. And once again I experienced the high level of professionalism and loving care of the doctor and the entire team. Once again I was given excellent advice, given my eye drops and left the practice in a tidy, even happy mood. I can simply highly recommend the practice! (A few weeks earlier I had called the practice at the wrong time, but got Ms. Mustur on the phone from abroad, who reassured me about the red eye. Which turned out to be completely correct the next day in the practice when I was represented!)

My partner had both of her eyes lasered and operated on and thanks to the good work of Dr. Mustur regained 100% vision in both eyes - despite a complicated astigmatism and previous extremely severe myopia. We were always treated very warmly and friendly by the entire team and were able to answer all of our questions. The operations have significantly improved my partner's quality of life and we would take the step again. We can therefore recommend that everyone in this situation have such an operation carried out through the Wollishofen Eye Center and consult Dr. Mustur to have surgery.

Such a fantastic experience at the Augenartzt in Wollishofen today! I had to go for an emergency appointment. Booking the appointment was so easy and straightforward on line. The practice is easy to find and very new and stylish. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind and friendly. The appointment was very thorough and Dr Mustur very clearly explained what the problem was and how to treat it. I was so impressed and had such a good and happy experience! I felt with Dr. med. Dominique Mustur and her team are in good hands. I was able to go through several stages at the Wollishofen Eye Center: glasses prescription correction, eye training (newly discovered astigmatism, surgery (blocked tear ducts). At that time I decided on the laser method and the lenses it recommended (Oculentis Multifocal Comfort) and I am very happy that I had this procedure.my eyesight is excellent. At the Wollishofen Eye Center you will be welcomed by a team of extremely friendly specialists who will carry out a series of preliminary examinations. To discuss the results and further examinations, you will then meet the dynamic boss Dr. Mustur. All of this takes place in a highly professional manner and in a very pleasant atmosphere. You feel in good hands. Dr. Mustur diagnosed me with cataracts and recommended artificial lenses for both eyes. Although I got along well with different types of glasses and was rather skeptical about procedures that were not absolutely necessary, I finally decided to do so - and did not regret it at all. The operations were short and painless, and I can now see amazingly well at all distances.big compliment to Dr. Mustur and the whole team!

I have been visiting Dr.Mustur and her team for a while now. She completed the cataract surgeries for both eyes last week.Dr.Mustur was very open and honest about the possibilities with the lenses I could get, given the special (not-so-perfect) condition of my retina. We spent a lot of time discussing the options and deciding what was best for my eyes. She and the team were always very patient, responsive and clear, in person as well as over email, in addressing my many questions, concerns and fears about what could go wrong. [ For those to whom this matters: they all speak great English too, that was really helpful! The surgery itself was a very nice, comfortable experience. The whole setup, organization as well as the actual operations went through quickly and painlessly as planned, without any stress. The scheduled followups confirmed that all is indeed well - I've had no pain nor difficulty post-surgery either. I am so happy now to be able to see and even read and work without glasses!I would like to thank Dr.Mustur and her entire team - Gabriel, Rachael, Samira and everyone else who helped - thank you so much, keep up the great work!I would definitely highly recommend Dr.Mustur and her very friendly and highly competent team at Augencenter Wollishofen.With Best RegardsRupal Majmudar

Very bad customer service on the phone. I have an eye infection and I asked for an appointment this week. The first nurse who answered the phone told me that there is a free slot on Wed morning. However, when I asked for an afternoon slot, she directed me to another nurse and she told me that I could only have an appointment in November! I said my eye is painful and she showed no empathy at all and claimed that I didn't come back for a check up in April and now I am asking for a quicker appointment and it is not possible! It's totally irrelevant and she was extremely rude. I told them clearly that I was not visiting again last time because my eye pressure was higher due to an antibiotics with steroid and my eye pressure level was normal before that. So I didn't see the reason for a 3rd time check up appointment....I believe that Dr Mustur is great but the staff on the phone have to be trained especially speaking to English speakers. They have no empathy at all to patients.

I am very disappointed!I went because when I called to make an appointment, the secretary told me that Dr. Müster spoke Spanish, which is NOT the case!!! My disappointment is because I traveled 130 km for her to do a checkup. I have a cornea transplant.I'm upset because he lied, I felt cheated since I had to pay for the consultation.

The most thorough eye doctor I have ever been to. Detail oriented, very personable and give great recommendations for products. They recommended I switch my contact brand to one with a higher silicon percentage and the difference has been amazing. Also great with my 9 year old son's examinations. Great English speaking if you need it.

Very friendly and competent team. The processes appear well-established and efficient. After registration, employees measure the eye pressure, ask for initial information and check the correction. As an American, who has experienced some of the best medical care on Earth, I truly must say, that this is quite the clinic. Dr. Mustur is more than just an expert, she is an absolute master of her craft. The extreme focus on customer service, along with the quality and delivery of her services, is astounding, and should be championed within her field's community. Five stars doesn't do justice to her phenomenal work. The world would be a better place if more doctors orchestrated and conducted their work the way that Dr. Mustur does.

I was very impressed with my first visit to this quite new practice. Everyone was very welcoming and professional, as were the surroundings. The doctor and her staff were also happy to work with me in English, my native tongue. Their language skills were very good and much appreciated. Overall I couldn't fault the services they offered. The location is great too, right by Wollishofen Banhof with its easy train, bus and streetcar connections. We were originally referred to a different doctor by a local optician. That doctor turned out to be on holiday, but his answering machine message recommended Augencenter Wollishofen in his absence. Some things are meant to be :-)
